FORCE INDUTRIES WARRANTY
Force industries Pty Ltd ACN 072 364 231 trading As Force Snowboard (“Force”) warrants all products sold by Force to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. If a product is found defective by Force, in its sole discretion, Force’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Other that the foregoing, Force will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred, whether directly of indirectly as a result of loss of use of a Force product. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law:

1. This warranty applies only to Force products purchased from Authorised dealers and is valid for the original purchasers only.
2. All products returned to Force for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorisation, which can be given over the phone. All products forwarded to Force must be insured and have the freight pre-paid. Force assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our factory.
3. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
a. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect;
b. Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings;
c. Normal wear and tear
d. Damage caused by anything other than defects in material and/or workmanship; and
e. Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives, or LOC-TITE and other similar products.

ROCK DAMAGE AND ANY OTHER IMPACT RELATED DAMGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY

4. All coverage under tis warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorised in writing by Force.
5. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
6. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (from an Authorised Force dealer).
invoice or recipt must clearly identify the dealer;
7. This product is not covered by any verbal warranties.

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY ANY APPLICABLE LAWS, WHETHER FEDERAL OR STATE INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIBERTY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY PERIOD HEREIN
